Not worth the hype
The place needs some serious TLC. Rooms are way outdated and smelled musty, especially upstairs. The breakfast setup was messy and not appealing at all—ended up skipping it after day two. Parking is a headache too. On the bright side, the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, but that can't save this place from its many flaws.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy king suite with the fireplace and the cool pool area for relaxing. The jacuzzi was a great spot to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that the pool area could get a bit crowded, so it’s best to visit early if you want some peace and quiet! 😊

Luxurious, luxurious, luxurious.
I had a fabulous time enjoying the luxurious breakfast dining experience, surrounded by high-quality locally sourced items like thick bacon and home-cooked potatoes! 🥓 The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day, and they even had extended hours which just made everything even better. Plus, who can resist a fun little rubber ducky in the bathtub? It was such a whimsical touch that made me smile!

The room was a good size and had a fridge, which was super handy! 🍕 But the AC filter was filthy, which kind of grossed me out. Just a heads up on that.

Great choice for a family stopover
The staff was super friendly, they treated me like family, just like in the old days you know, with a warm smile at the front desk. The breakfast was a big surprise, lots of options like pancakes and bacon, I mean who doesn't love bacon, right
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the quality was acceptable enough

It was just a suitable option for a weekend adventure in Haverhill with good price-quality ratio. The housekeeper quickly made things right when our room wasn't cleaned by 5 pm. Make sure to check if the fitness room is open before your stay.

The hotel had a charming decor, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating, making me feel at home. I especially appreciated the comfortable common areas that allowed for easy navigation, which is important for seniors like myself.
More accessible elevators for seniors would be helpful.
